This product is printed on demand and shipped directly from Contrado in London, UK. Your items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.  Shipping rates are set by Contrado, standard UK parcel cost is £3.99, using tracked 24h shipping.

Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, after that the shipping time varies per location.

UK orders are dispatched using 2nd class royal mail (2-3 days). International orders are dispatched using Royal mail International Tracked (5-9 days worldwide).

If you wish to return any items from your order you have 15 days from the day you received your order to request a refund. Please do so by emailing hello@madebypaulinauk.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Care Instructions

Please take care of these products and clean them with a soft cloth and gentle soap. Strong contaminants such as tea and coffee should be wiped off immediately as these items can be stained. Jesmonite is not dishwasher or microwave safe.
